Wisconsin Swiss - Regular, Aged 2 Years, Baby Swiss & Smoked Baby Swiss

Wisconsin Baby Swiss Cheese is slightly creamier, lighter in color, and sweeter in taste than traditional Swiss Cheese. The eyes (holes) in Swiss cheese grow larger as the cheese ages. Baby Swiss is milder in taste and often has smaller eyes.  

Wisconsin Swiss in 1 lb., 2.5 lbs., and 6 lb. pieces.

  • Smoked Baby Swiss
Swiss is a long-storing cheese that doesn’t need special wrapping. It tends to sweat and get a little hard around the edges when left at room temperature for extended periods, so we recommend not leaving it out for too long.
Nutty cheeses like slightly sweet sippers so we often pour bock, weiss beer, gewürztraminer, riesling, ice wines, port and sherry with Swiss. If stronger spirits sound best, then we recommend grappa and fruit brandies.
